A trained nurse who found herself badly in need of a career change, Becky Sherrick Harks discovered through her multi-award winning blog, Mommy Wants Vodka, that not only did she have a talent for writing but also a great number of things to say (although that may be debatable). The growing community centered around her blog has convinced her that writing is the career she was supposed to have. Curing cancer will, alas, have to wait.
